Lee is the 8th generation of family members to run the Oakleafe group of companies and has significant experience in the Insurance claim industry with both domestic and commercial claims.

He is also a Chartered Building Surveyor and holds accreditations with RICS, CIOB, CILA, CII, IPLA, CABE, CMI, IFAA, C.B

Dean is the Group Director who heads operations nationally. Extensive experience in both domestic and commercial claims, specialising in large and complex losses. Complimenting his 25 years claims expertise Dean is also a Chartered Building surveyor with honorary Fellow status.

Having worked in the financial sector for 25 years for several large corporations Stuart is well placed in the organization with his knowledge and competency in the insurance sector. Head of Group Sales and business development with responsibility for the national sales force. Promoting and networking the companies core values and services to Businesses and individuals.

Phabiola’s leadership style is rooted in strategic clarity, market adaptability, and team capability development. She has served as the regulatory readiness lead for upcoming broker regulations in the UAE and is a regular contributor to regional market briefings and compliance forums.

Phabiola brings a consultative mindset to transformation, risk advisory, and go-to-market strategy.

Raj has been handling insurance claims for over 32 years, with extensive experience across both UK and international markets. He currently specialises in commercial and domestic claims, including ultra-high-net-worth, major, and complex losses worldwide. Raj is known for his efficiency and commitment to delivering an exceptional claims service to his clients.

Speaks mutiple lanuagues; Gujarati, Kiswahili, Punjabi, and Urdu.

Paul brings an extensive catalogue of high-level claims management experience, handling ultra-high-net-worth domestic and commercial losses across both the UK and international markets. A senior lecturer and examiner for the Chartered Insurance Institute, he specialises in Business Interruption. Paul also provides ongoing support and mentoring across the group, sharing his expertise to develop excellence within the team.
