Claimtrack is a workflow management system we use to keep track of and update our progress on your insurance claim. There we can upload any resources such as documents and images of the claim that may assist in our insurance assessing process.
We don’t like to leave our clients in the dark. Every communication we make with any involved parties, such as the loss adjuster or surveyors, we update on your insurance file, which can also be viewed by yourself.
Yes. All clients have 24/7 access to our Claimtrack portal. This secure online tool allows you to view live progress updates, access all documentation & evidence and see automatic notifications on key milestones.
